Shipments to AK, HI, P.O. Box, APO, PR
Standard shipping to AK, HI and Puerto Rico are generally delivered within 5 mailing days after the order is shipped. However, these locations may have delivery times up to 9 mailing days.
APO destinations with Standard shipping can take up to 30 business days to be received, while Premium shipping to APO destinations may take up to 10 business days to be received after the order is shipped. Express shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes or APO address. If you enter a P.O. Box or an APO address for Express shipping, we will ship your order via our Premium shipping option. For more details about our Express shipping, please refer to this FAQ.
Customs and fees
Orders being shipped outside of the United States are subject to customs or duty fees. The fees are governmental in nature and not charged by Spreadshirt. We state 1) in checkout, next to the international shipping options, and 2) in the confirmation email that these fees may apply. Selecting the gift wrap option at checkout will not prevent these fees from being charged. For any issues regarding customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. These fees cannot be refunded, as they are not charged by us.
Please note: International shipping times are not guaranteed. Customs clearance can significantly delay the delivery of international orders. Such delays are not reflected in our estimated shipping times and are beyond our control. To ensure the most efficient handling of your international order, please make sure to include a local telephone number and email where you can be reached. Please check with your local customs authorities in advance to determine your country’s specific import requirements.
Fair Return Policy
Every item you order at Spreadshirt or a Spreadshirt Partner Shop is printed for you on-demand by hand. That’s what distinguishes us from other e-commerce retailers. Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them. But we want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order. This is why you can rely on our fair return policy.
30-day Return Guarantee
Simply return your product within 30 days of receiving your order for any return or exchange needs. If it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, just let us know and we can find a solution together. We can offer you the following return options:
- Exchange for a new product
- Exchange store credit which can be redeemed towards your next order.
Refunding the purchase price is possible as long as you didn’t personalize the product yourself.

Returns are usually processed within 7 days. We are unable to process returns sent to us without prior notification in the “Returns” section of your account or delivery confirmation.
Our satisfaction guarantee exists in addition to your legal rights, including right of withdrawal and warranty claims.
Methods of payment available are based on the country where the order was received from and the total amount on the bill.
- Credit/Debit card: Your credit/debit card will automatically be charged by our financial service provider. Your order will begin processing after all necessary verifications have been completed.
- PayPal: The transaction will be processed by PayPal, an external financial service provider. During the checkout process you will be redirected to PayPal and pay with your account there. Your data will not be transferred to Spreadshirt. After verifications have been completed by PayPal your order will then be processed. (Not available for all countries.)
Currency: When shopping on www.spreadshirt.com, payments will be processed in USD. If your credit card company or bank uses a different currency, the final transaction price may differ due to currency exchange rates. Please contact your payment provider for further information.
Pay by invoice is currently only possible for orders on our German platform www.spreadshirt.de.
If you place an order for your company or club, you can enter a different address for deliveries. Please remember this option before you order. Subsequent correction of invoice details (address, tax ID, etc.) isn’t possible.
Every item you order at Spreadshirt or one of Spreadshirt’s Partner Shops is printed for you by hand. Changes to your order are only possible if we have not yet started printing. Please act fast if you want to change anything – we’re quick off the mark. Once your order is processed, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
Changing orders for registered customers
Check your order status as soon as possible. After logging into your account, you’ll find the status in My Orders. If your order is still marked waiting or new in the order overview section, you can easily cancel it. Then create a new order with your desired changes.
Changing orders for unregistered customers
If you placed your order without having registered, read the order confirmation email you received as soon as possible. You’ll find a link that will direct you to your current order. Please note: If your order is still marked waiting or new, you can easily cancel it. Then create a new order with your desired changes.
Changing your shipping address after shipment
If you need to make a change to your physical shipping address after your order has already shipped, there is an $11 fee for this service. The fee is for the Delivery Intercept service provided by UPS. This option does not exist for deliveries with Standard, Premium, or International Standard delivery options. Also, once an order has shipped, we are not able to change the shipping method, i.e. Premium to Express.
You can log in to your account anytime to view your order status. If you can’t remember your password, simply use the Forgot Password tool on the login page.
If you’ve placed your order as a guest, you can follow the link in your order confirmation email to look into it. You don’t need a password for this.
