Screen Printing

Screen printing is a textile printing technique that involves using mesh to transfer ink to a textile. A blade similar to a “squeegee” is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh spaces with ink. Then, a reverse stroke causes the screen to touch the textile.

In the screen-printing process, only one color can be imprinted at a time, which means that for multicolored projects, several screens are needed for the image or design to be completed.


Important things You should know before place an order.

Do you have a minimum for a screen printing T-shirts?

Yes we do. the minimum amount is 60 pieces. if you need to lower quantity considered DTG or simple give us a call and we see if we can work something out.

What is the price for screen printing T-shirts?

Price varies depending on many things such as, T-shirt style, colors used for printing, placement and design. For an accurate quote simply send us an email to

What format do I need to send the design?

Ideally it would be Ps or Ai format. If the file is received in any other format, we would have to vectorize the design so we could then make the “screens” which has an additional cost of $25.00 per design.

Is there a set up fee?

Yes there is. Screen Printing requires a new screen for every color of your design. Cost per screens is $25.00 each. If you would like to use them again in the future the price for using each screen is $15.00.

How many colors can you print with screen print?

We could do prints of up to 8 different colors. If you need more colors consider DTG printing if the project allows.

What is the largest printing size for screen printing?

We usually tend to stay within 10”x14” front and back logos. If you need a larger print there are jumbo plates available upon request. However the minimum order is 300 pieces.

Can I print on items I purchase?

Yes, of course. There is a $3.00 charge for every piece we do aside from the printing cost. We also request that extra pieces are sent as there is an industry spoilage damage of 3% and the additional items take this into account. Anything that is left over at the end of the job will be given back to the customer. Please email us before sending the pieces so we make sure we can print on the material.

What quality and mode do I need to submit the design?

For best result on the print we need 300 dpi. We need the designs to be on RGB. if not we would have to transfer them from CMYK and we are not responsible on the way colors would print after the conversion.

Can I return an order?

Yes you can. We would only accept returns if there is an error on our behalf like if we choose the wrong size, color of thread, design, placement, etc.

Can I cancel my order? If so, would I get my money back?

Yes you can cancel your order within the first 3 business hours of order being placed. If the 3 business hours have been past and you still want to cancel, give us a call at 305-205-4920 to check if your order has not started being printed. We will return 100% your money if we haven’t started printing your design. If we have start we would only be able to return 50% off the order amount.
